I don't enjoy publicly warning people about artists who have terrible standards. But lo and behold, here I am again.
This guy. I strongly recommend against commissioning him. If you do, don't expect a sketch or a WIP before at least 5 weeks. Oh and don't you dare call him out on it, because as a commissioner, you clearly don't understand artists have lives and are doing other things, whilst uploading 19 pieces of artwork over that course of time. All of this, when having already paid for artwork.
I'll say it once, i'll say it a thousand times. I understand artists have lives. But when taking commissions, you should at least be actively vocal with a commissioner or at least explain yourself, or just NOT take commissions. Call me crazy but, sitting back for 5 weeks, having already paid, no WIP or communication whilst pumping out art, one begins to feel like i'm being strung along.

Also this artist saw fit to strike first this time and make a journal about me DARING to have standards. Which I think you deserve to have when money is involved.
So yeah, stay away, don't bother, don't waste your money. Don't forget kids, if you dare complain about an artist, you're a whiny little bitch and you're just butthurt. From the mouth of the artist themselves.

RWBY Volume 4 (Spoiler Alert)
I swear this gets harder to write every time.
And with an intro like that, you probably think i'm going to rip into season 4... and I am, but, this time I have some nicer things to say.
Since volume 3 ended, i've kind of been expanding my scope in terms of RWBY. Connecting with more folks who watch it. I'd say I got a sort of sweet and sour end with that, one group who are more your usual fans who just enjoy the show and the other who can be very brutally critical, perhaps even more so than I can be. It's these perspectives that have helped me judge Volume 4 properly and not just bitch about it. So, here we go.
Overall, volume 4 seems to b
Writing commission reminder
So if I owe anybody writing and i've been given points to do so, i've had a bit of a loss of my notes thanks to a system crash on my PC, if you commissioned me to write a piece, please note me with the details and remind me and i'll get back on it immediately. Again, apologies for this.
So, Overwatch
Anyone playing it? If so, I want to add you, pronto. Leave me your BattleTag and i'll add you.
A moment to reflect
When something ends, sometimes the best thing someone can do is to look at why it ended and think of what happened along the way. That's what i've had to do today... and it has made me realize something.
Sometimes, it's best to enjoy what is set in stone than that which can change as quickly as the weather.
I'm not going to go into detail because this isn't a call out journal or anything, but it did involve a person. My time knowing them was pretty short and I took them over some people i'd known for far longer and liked better. Most of what kept them beside me was their abilities in certain realms and things i'd somehow stumbled into.

I'm replying to your journal because it's about an user (Krono) i've had a bad experience with (Great friends to begin with, <- i guarantee you, but because of an error she made the tables turned out real hard and well, i have a real broken heart... However, in exchange of silence (Don't talk DIRECTLY to her anymore) , she gave me one of her old characters..Yet i haven't used her YET, but the character's now mine)
First of all, it's a girl
Second: However, the journal she just recently wrote is right. We all have a life and wishes to do first. Also yes, we want to do other things that aren't commissions like own art we wish to draw in the meantime because else we'd be BORED AS HELL...That, or take a walk around the town / city to breathe some fresh air. Like she said, we're not sticked with glue at our chairs stressing our heads out for you nor anyone else.
The prob is that professional people like her open a LOT of Commission and Art Trade slots, and that means dealing with an enormous petition of art from people.. But that's because she needs the money (Or any other reason)! .Also she's fast doing art (Or just prepares/finishes some and post 'em slowly every 2-3 days, because she also shares her art via DA Groups to let people know about her, but the thing is that some groups have limits ("You can only upload 2 pieces of art every 2-3 days")...However, certain events like FINAL FANTASY XV trailers pumps her up and makes her do a fanart as fast as Sonic! XD..But well, something you have to respect her for...
I had a bad situation with art trades WITH ANOTHER USER that's NOT Krono-Chan, where the user agreed to do a trade and, after 10 years (i repeat, YEARS) of waiting, the user , after sending a note regarding the trade, said "Sorry, i don't draw anymore" , however you see the user (a girl) take photos of her naked body and gain tons of views...Aka i've been heavily backstabbed and TROLLED...NOW THAT REALLY HURTS AND IS SOMETHING TO WARN ABOUT!!!!...
Back to Krono's topic: It's true that it takes her some weeks to do stuff.. Clear example: My first trades with her (When we were still great friends) tooked some weeks because she had to go to Comic/Manga-Cons or doing other work..And i've been patient DOING OTHER THINGS MEANWHILE , like art or cleaning gaming/other tasks to clear my mind, and that's what she also needs, to CLEAR HER MIND FROM CONSTANT STRESS.
You might think that, even after what she's done to me, i'm supporting her.. Well, wish i could say that, because like i've said, she broke my heart HARD... And you have the right to be angry and stuff, but think of this. Patience is the mother of science, or something... Soon or later things will turn out positively, just give it time
However, if it keeps on going with delays...And i mean way too much, ask about what's going on, but never in a rageful way.. Instead, do it pacifically... However, if the answer is bad, ask for your money back and do the warn if you want, but know that the user will block you out instantly and warn people about you too!
50/50 decisions.. They're hard, but they have consequences depending of your acts
I'm sorry you had to read an enormous Wall Of Text, but just wanted to help you out some too. Hope you understand it.
